One (1) 24” x 24” ID sign with name OR logoĮxhibitor EXTENDED HOURS Business Meeting Suitesįor additional convenience, Extended Hours Business Meeting Suites are available outside the exhibit hall with access from Thursday at noon to Monday at 6:30 p.m. Posters typically open approximately two and a half hours prior to exhibits and close approximately an hour after exhibits.īusiness Meeting Suites are your opportunity to host discussions about your products, hold small staff meetings, meet privately with potential clients, conduct investigator meetings, or host small hospitality events in the convention center. This new location allows you to access your suites earlier and later than when they were located in the exhibit hall. Secure a private meeting suite located in the Poster Hall.
